  • I developed branded content, such as graphics, informational videos, and interactive posts across the chapter’s social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) to promote recruitment and increase awareness among potential new members.

  • I utilized Pinterest and Canva to design mood boards, outfit inspiration guides, and visuals for recruitment themes for chapter members.

Recruitment Marketing Funnel Strategy

  • I created a recruitment marketing funnel strategy to help guide recruitment marketing efforts and map the journey of potential new members through key stages including: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.

Recruitment Trainings

  • I developed and led recruitment training sessions for over 50 members to prepare them for recruitment events and could provide a positive experience for potential new members.

  • I managed the budgeting and financial planning for recruitment events. I tracked expenses for decor, apparel, and event supplies using a budgeting spreadsheet to ensure spending remained within the allocated $3,725 budget, while monitoring purchases across multiple recruitment events.

Marketing Content Calendar

  • I developed a social media content calendar to organize and plan recruitment related content.

  • The calendar included planned Instagram posts, stories, TikTok videos, graphics, and member testimonial content to maintain chapter visibility leading up to recruitment weekend.
